Reside in Movement
I have been attending classes at Reside in Movement for ever. The trainers Daniel Alex and Skye are SUPERB!! the exercise routines push me just beyond my comfort zone. I feel great physically and mentally. Would not miss a class for anything..I love exercising in the outdoors.. watching clouds go by while doing crunches is the BEST!!!

Only been with Reside for 4 months but feels like been training here forever.The trainers are AMAZING. They help you every step of the way to reach your goals.Daniel, he goes above and beyond to help us even entertained and “train” our little humans while we are doing our training in the morning.Great friendship from other members and always help each other.Just love the environment of this outdoor training and can’t recommend Daniel and his team enough.Thank you Daniel

The best community exercise program I’ve taken part in. Great vibes, no pressure, and people of all levels of fitness are welcome and participate. Daniel is super helpful and encouraging and the trainers are all top notch.

Reside in Movement
I joined Daniel and his team in January, initially only attending once or twice per week. As time has progressed I have increased my days and now go along generally 4 x pw. There are about 5 or so different instructors who all use different methods of torture. What I love about these classes are that the instructors are involved, funny, can offer modifications and are very knowledgeable. There are different classes on each day including cardiovascular, stretch and flex, boxing, toning and other random fun classes are offered at different times like beach boot camp or hoopla hooping. Monthly catch ups for coffee club too! I love that I enjoy going along to exercise and move with people who are now my friends. I thought it was a boot camp but its definately not that, no shouting, just laughing and encouragement and a bit of hard work. I always feel good when I leave. My health has improved and my teen son has seen me exercising and has even stepped up his own health regime. I'm so glad I made an effort to try out Reside in Movement. I had no connection to Daniel's business prior to signing up so my review is unbiased and based on what I've experienced so far, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Daniel and team do a great job at creating a welcoming community for people of all ages and abilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to begin, or continue, their fitness journey.

Reside in Movement
Honestly, I can't express how awesome being a part of Reside in movement is. The feeling of being in a team and seeing familiar faces that I get to connect with every week is motivating. Being outdoors whilst training and amongst people I know, keeps it interesting and holds me accountable; wanting to show up. Daniel and Skye are a wealth of information about fitness and I love learning how certain exercises affect each muscle group. They have great programs to satisfy everything from cardiovascular health to muscle toning and even stretch classes. The boxing class is one of my favourite and I have just recently started participating in the HITT classes, which I love. I value the personal nature of Reside in Movement... Often receiving a message to see how my training went or if I miss a class to see how things are. I hope to always be a member of the Reside team. It's one of the best parts of my week.

Reside in Movement is more than a fitness group, it's a community. No matter what your fitness level is, there are exercises that can be tailored to your fitness level and you will always be made to feel welcome. Daniel & Skye are fantastic, always full of enthusiam with plenty of laughs along the way. Exercising outdoors in nature is also a million times better than a gym, recommend anyone to come and give it a try!

I joined the group training with Reside in Movement, and have really enjoyed being outdoors in the fresh air and being part of a friendly team. Working out in the morning is a great way to start the day, but there are other session times to choose from. Daniel has been wonderful at encouraging, motivating and keeping activities varied and fun. There are a variety of classes to choose from involving weights, bands, boxing, cardio fitness, toning and stretching. I appreciate the motivation and professional advice given to improve my fitness levels and strength.

Reside in Movement
I joined Reside In Movement as it was an outside exercise class and wanted to greatly reduce my chances of becoming Covid positive, which I was entirely successful. My friends have fallen one by one in the indoor environments (gymns) and now going for second time infected.Not only did I not get infected here but I found something new and fresh. Feeling like a kid again running jumping and skipping in the park. Beautiful morning skies and the feeling of nature in your hair.I have also become fitter with endurance exercise including road runs and competing against like minded people.Daniel is also a breath of fresh air. A genuine, dedicated, supportive and motivating trainer.

Great for mind and gut microbiology to be exercising outside with a support network.They ease you in and keep you motivated.
